  • Ashiatsu

    Ashiatsu is a form of massage, but one that is unique in terms of how it is accomplished. In this massage, a skilled professional will use their bare feet to massage the deep tissues in a person's back. Wooden bars are suspended across a ceiling so the therapist doing the massage will support herself while crossing over the back of the person receiving the massage.

    This treatment is for relaxation, increased circulation, enhanced immune system function, optimum health, reduced anxiety, and depression and a feeling of general well being. It utilizes light to medium gliding and kneading of muscle tissue.

    This type of massage is very muscle specific and is designed to promote the healing of injured tissue by releasing knots and tightness.

  • Pregnancy, Postnatal, and Infant Massage

    A combination of Swedish massage, Reiki Healing, Reflexology, and Aromatherapy designed especially for the new mother. Begin with pregnancy massage to help alleviate the many stresses brought about by the numerous changes which occur during pregnancy. Help the body return with postnatal massage.     All areas of the body are related to certain areas on the feet. Pressure to and massage of these areas on the feet can bring balance, health and relief to organs and other parts of the body.

It works with the Human Energy Field, electromagnetic patterns expressed in mental, emotional and physical experience.   • Thai Massage

    This ancient healing technique employs joint manipulation, pressing, stretching and twisting of soft tissue. It is performed on a mat on the floor and the client is fully clothed during the treatment, which lasts 70 to 90 minutes.

  • Reiki Healing

    Reiki is a form of energy healing for pain, stiffness, and emotional unease which improves health and aids in relaxation. Reiki consists of gently placing hands on energy centers and other effected areas of the body.
